Locked Gates:
Please leave gates unlocked at 8am on the dates of your clean. If you have provided us with a mobile number you will receive a reminder text the night before we are due to clean your windows, please double check this number provided is the correct number as this is an automated text. If you fail to leave your gate unlocked we will clean the windows we have access to, however, as we have dedicated this time slot for the full clean, you the customer will be subject to the full charge price.
Cancelling for the month:
We are happy to let customers skip a period and not be charged however, this only applies if there is a valid reason for the missed period i.e you are on holiday or you are having work done to your home etc. please note if you do skip cleans regularly Double A Window Cleaning reserves the right to terminate your service.
All year service
Please note that this is an all year regular service, we can only accept customers on our planner that want an all year regular service.
As we are regular and reliable we ask that our customers are the same. We do not offer Summer only cleans, this service is all year round, therefore cancelling in the Winter is not an option with us. Unfortunately we wouldn’t be able to accept customers back if they decided to cancel throughout the Winter and wanted to start up again during Summer.
Mess from your animals:
Please can we politely ask you to clean up after your pets before we arrive. If we notice there’s is too much mess from your pets when we arrive to clean your windows, we reserve the right to still make a a full charge to the customer and we will clean the windows that are accessible to us.
